JSU Book Club

The JSU Book Club is a space for every student at JU who loves reading books and wishesto discuss the best and worst parts of them with peers over some fika.

We have multiple book circles, each focused on their own genre, so you’ll always findsomething to suit your tastes—fantasy, romance, crime… need we continue?

Regardless of which circle you join, both the books, meeting times and reading pace aredecided upon together, so you don’t have to worry about any time constraints or being stuck with a pre-determined book that’s been read a thousand times over. We also host minglesevery semester to make everyone familiar with each other!

Writer´s Circle

A new addition to the book club is also the writers’ circle, in which the writers of JU can meet, attend workshops for character and plot development and participate in writing sprints!

Membership in JSU Book Club

You become a member by registering online, and contact us on instagram or email to joinone of the circles! Membership is for one year and is completely free!
