Are you longing for a new look for summer and feel like your wardrobe needs a refreshing makeover? You have sooo many clothes but nothing to wear? Time to leave Sweden soon but cannot fit all your stuff into the luggage?
You can find solutions for that on Thursday, April 20th, right here in the university! Spectra and Students for Sustainable Action are inviting you to spend a cool evening at Rio, where you can rummage in piles of clothing, buy cheap and delicious food and enjoy music. Breath new life into your wardrobe whilst being kind to our home planet Earth!
The system is simple:
You can donate your clothes, which are washed and in a good condition, as well as other suitable belongings... to us during lunch breaks on the previous Tuesday and Wednesday. We’ll have three drop off stations – in Rio, HLK and library – from 12-13! You can bring as much items as you like. For the minimum of 3 items, you’ll get an Earth Day patch which grants you a free entrance to the event! If you don’t have anything to donate, you can just pay the entrance fee and receive the patch when you arrive to the event. Everyone can take up to 5 items and all leftover clothes will be donated to Erikshjälpen Second Hand.
In short!
