JSU Operations Controller

The Operations Controllers ensure that the Boards does its task in the correct way according to the steering frameworks.

There are two Operation Controllers so that the risk of bias is less.

During the one-year mandate, the Operations Controllers has the task of evaluating and monitoring that the Board carries out its work and it is in accordance with the steering framework set by the Annual Meeting and the Board itself.

The Operations Controllers attend all Board meetings and are above all a reactive function that should act when something is not done right.
