I have a room to share with. The room is available from Jan 1st, 2012 till June 30th, 2012.My friend was living with me but he moved to Honkong. The apartment is 68 sq meter with a big kitchen. The available room is with a nice balcony with a perfect view of the lake. The apartment is in a very nice and calm area, so you can manage your studies and is just within walking distance to Willys, Hospital and post office. And it takes 12 minutes to come to school with frequent bus OR you can easily cycle.
The room is furnished with big bed, table and chair so you can start living and studying without any investment.
I am originally from India have been student at Jönköping university from 2003-2007 and lived with many different people and therefore know how to live and manage with people. And i am looking for someone who is friendly, fun, cares to clean and manage and not too noisy so as to avoid disturbing neighbors.
The rent is 2650 kr including 110 Mbits internet. And you will be paying also half of the Electricity bill which is around 150-200 kr, And as mentioned above apartment has free parking space.
