Self Defense Trainging- Handsoff

How would you react to defend yourself in a dangerous harrasing situation?

Come to the first Self Defense Training- Handsoff on the 22nd of November in campus Arena at 16:00!

The entrance is 50Kr per person and you can come to pay (swish or cash) and receive the ticket at the entrance of JIBS the 20/11, 21/11 and 22/11 during lunch break (12:00-13:00).

We encourage you to come and bring as many people as possible to spread self-defense knowledge and make sure everyone is ready for any situation they might find themselves in!
