Are you curious about the recruitment process and want to become more confident in interviewing people? Awesome, in that case you are just the person we are looking for!

The Student Union are now looking for students from School of Engineering and School of Health and Welfare who want to help us with our recruitment process for our different positions such as Project leader and President. The team you will be a part of is the Nomination Committee and your task is to read through different resumes and personal letters sent to the Student Union, and afterwards of course make a selection and hold interviews. After this you will help and recommend the Student Union with whom to recruit to the vacant position. You will be a part of the Nomination Committee until summer 2019. During fall you will recruit a new Project leader which will take about 3 to 4 hours. During spring you will for example recruit a new President and Vice president, a project that will be going on for two weeks.

You don´t need any earlier job experience within the HR-field. Except becoming a part of our Nomination committee you will be a valuable asset for the entire Student Union and you will also be invited to team buildings and other events with the other people working at the Student Union. We are really looking forward to your application! The candidates will be called for an interview during the first weeks of October. You will already then meet your future team members since they are the ones holding the interview.
